Based in Crewe. Out to wherever the job is.
We work roughly 20 miles out from Crewe. Being genuinely local matters more than it sounds: it is the difference between someone who can be with you this afternoon and someone quoting from two counties away.
Where we are most days.

Crewe
The terraced stock around the railway works is where we find the most rewiring work: rubber-insulated cable, no earth at the lighting points, and boards that were already old in the eighties.

Wistaston
This is effectively our doorstep. Most jobs here get seen the same week.

Shavington
A lot of the newer estates here are now hitting the age where the original consumer unit no longer meets current requirements, particularly on RCD protection.

Nantwich
Listed and conservation-area property here needs care: surface-mounted containment and visible trunking are usually not acceptable, and cable routes have to be planned rather than chased wherever convenient.

Sandbach
Good mix of domestic and small commercial. The trading estates off the A533 bring three-phase and inspection work alongside the housing.
Regularly, and booked in advance.

Alsager
Alsager takes an ST7 postcode because it sits right on the Staffordshire border, which occasionally confuses letting agents and insurers. It is still Cheshire East.

Middlewich
Canalside and low-lying property means damp is a recurring theme. It shows up on insulation resistance readings long before anyone notices it on the wall.

Winsford
Winsford is Cheshire West and Chester, not Cheshire East, which matters if you are a landlord checking licensing or selective licensing conditions. Different council, different rules.

Holmes Chapel
Heavily a commuter village, so most domestic work here needs booking evenings or Saturdays. That suits us, since Saturday is a normal working day.

Congleton
Mill conversions and older commercial buildings here often have installations that grew piecemeal over decades. They usually need a proper survey rather than a quick look.
On the edge of that? Ring and ask.
We would rather tell you no on the phone than let you down on the day.
Can't get through? Ring anyway. Calls answered in your own voice, then a text asking for the job and postcode.
