What this website collects

Nothing. This site has no contact form, no login, no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookies. Nothing you do on these pages is recorded by us.

Third parties involved in serving the site

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. If you tap the WhatsApp button you leave this site and WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply from that point.

What we do with information you send us

If you phone, text, WhatsApp or email us, we keep what you send so we can quote and carry out the work: your name, contact details, the property address and what needs doing. We use it for that job and for the paperwork the work requires. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Electrical certificates and the records behind them are kept for at least six years, which is what our insurers and the certification scheme require. Enquiries that never became a job are deleted once they are clearly not going anywhere.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email hello@larkfieldelectrical.co.uk. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
