An EICR is the formal health check of a property's fixed wiring. We test every circuit, grade what we find, and give you a report your letting agent or insurer will actually accept.
Landlord Electrical Certificates
Letting agents will not market a property without one and local authorities can fine you up to £30,000 for going without. We handle the test, the remedials and the paperwork.
PAT Testing
Testing is quick. The value is in the register: knowing what you own, where it is, and when it is next due.
