EICR / Electrical Safety Inspection
An EICR is the formal health check of a property's fixed wiring. We test every circuit, grade what we find, and give you a report your letting agent or insurer will actually accept.
Landlord Electrical Certificates
Letting agents will not market a property without one and local authorities can fine you up to £30,000 for going without. We handle the test, the remedials and the paperwork.
Fuse Board Replacement
If your board still has rewireable fuses or no RCD protection, it predates two editions of the wiring regulations. Replacing it is usually a one day job.

Do you cover my area?
We are based in Crewe and work across Cheshire East and the surrounding towns, roughly 20 miles out. If you are unsure, ring and ask. We will tell you straight rather than take the booking and let you down.
How quickly can you come out?
Emergencies the same day wherever possible. Quoted work is usually within the week. Saturday is a normal working day for us, which suits people who cannot take time off.
Are you registered?
NICEIC Approved Contractor, NICEIC Domestic Installer, NICEIC Rental Sector Scheme, and insured to £10m. Certificates are issued on completion and Building Control is notified where the work is notifiable.

Yes. We are OZEV approved installers. We apply eligible grants and install a chargepoint from £900 including the unit.
