What emergency callout looks like in Nantwich.
We cover Nantwich out of hours from Crewe, roughly ten to fifteen minutes outside traffic. For a burning smell, scorching around a socket, or water reaching electrics, switch off at the board first and ring second. Those three are worth an out of hours callout. A single dead socket at midnight generally is not, and we would rather tell you that on the phone than charge you to hear it.
Local housing: Timber-framed and Georgian property in and around the conservation area, Victorian terraces, and modern estates on the edges.
Listed and conservation-area property here needs care: surface-mounted containment and visible trunking are usually not acceptable, and cable routes have to be planned rather than chased wherever convenient.
How the job runs.
Fixed price or day rate, whichever suits the job, agreed with you up front.
- Ring and describe what happened. We triage over the phone first.
- Attend, isolate and make safe.
- Fault find properly rather than swapping parts.
- Repair on the spot where possible, or quote before leaving.
